Meena Kara’s professional career spans over a 15-year period. She served on the faculty of Pebblecreek Montessori’s management team in the capacity of the Early Childhood Program Coordinator for 4 years. During her tenure at Pebblecreek, she lead a primary class for 12 years and was a key member of Pebblecreek’s International Montessori Council’s accreditation team. Pebblecreek became the only Montessori accredited school in Collin County.
Meena earned her Early Childhood Montessori Certification from Southwestern Montessori Training Center in 2004. Additionally, she holds certification in Montessori Applied to Children at Risk (MACAR) from the Shelton Training Center in 2005 and is a trained instructor of Radiant Child Yoga.
Ms. Kara’s consistent adherence to the fundamental principles of Montessori and authentic approach with children, colleagues and parents made her a well-respected guide, advisor, and trainer.

interfacing with specialists to insure student success
Ms. Kara is passionate about Montessori both personally and professionally. She attributes both of her children’s success and happiness to having a Montessori foundation.
Meena co-founded Holistic Montessori Solutions in 2017 with her long-time colleague, Susan Dendinger. They envision pooling their vast experience to support and maintain excellence in Montessori education.
